About the Speaker
Prof. Lere Baale is a distinguished scholar, management consultant, and transformational leader with over four decades of experience spanning healthcare, telecommunications, education, corporate strategy, and public policy.
He currently serves as the CEO of Business School Netherlands International (Nigeria), president and chairman of the governing council of the Nigeria Academy of Pharmacy, and pro-chancellor and chairman of the governing council of Ojaja University.
A visionary Pan-Africanist and strategic systems thinker, Prof. Baale is deeply committed to building Africa’s next generation of transformational leaders through values-driven and technology-enabled approaches.
He has mentored and supervised over 1,102 MBA graduates and 8 doctoral degree holders globally, shaping not just academic success but leadership capacity and institutional impact.
An accomplished speaker who has addressed over 2.5 million people worldwide, he is also a prolific thought leader with over 300 published articles and multiple books on leadership, strategy, transformation, and legacy.
